Pricing 

1.Installation.

Most gates can be installed by anyone with basic 'handyman' experience. I charge a minimum of $220.00 where posts are already in place for installation.Some installations require specialised hardware, diamond core drilling and are best left to me, the maker, or I can provide detailed installation guidelines.

2. Delivery : The average cost for delivery in the local area is $55.00. I do not deliver gates outside the Macarthur, Southern Highlands or Wollongong district. Out of area orders are always welcome however due to bad experiences this business will not entrust gates to general carriers .If you cannot get to Tahmoor please contact a specialist fragile goods transporter ( stained glass, pottery, antiques etc ). Tedder Transporter is one such carrier I can recommend: contact Warren on 0407 911 479 .

3. Pricing: All gates are made on commission, ( I keep no stock on hand)  meaning variations to sizes are usually not a problem ( except where indicated in this guide). The following are standard and popular sizes and will quickly give you an idea of the cost you can expect to pay for your project

1.The above gates are not offered brush painted but powdercoated. Add $110.00 to powdercoat single pedestrian gate and $245.00 for double gates, Gate fittings are powdercoated at same time

2.Add $45.00 for basic hinge/latch set for single gate and $85.00 for double gates. P.O.A. for special hot forged latches, dropbolts etc

3.All gates are made to order so variations to size are usually no problem. Charity and Tulip gates use complex scroll dies so variation to width may be a problem

This is the most versatile of all the Sunshine Harvester gates meaning it can be made in any width up to 3.3 meters.

Six bar “bowtie” gate  19 castings.

I have the patterns to make this gate in any width from 3meters to 3.6meters.  True 2.1 meter to 2.8 meter gates were very rare -  I do not possess the sand casting patterns for 2.1 to 2.8 meter "bowtie" gates.

1. Reproduction of antique Sunshine six bar gate hinges (see end of photo gallery). Up to 10mm adjustable.Cast in super strong Gunmetal bronze, sand cored at 3/4 inch (ie 19mm) reemed to 19.5mm. 16mm threaded rod requires boring to 18mm through post. $220.00 pair ie two hinges to mount one gate.
